Executive Team
Scott
Wolford is the President and Chief Executive
Officer of Corporate Medical Systems, Inc. (CMS). He has
managed medical billing companies for the past nineteen
(19) years. Scott has over twenty-seven (27) years of
professional work experience in commercial banking (Hibernia
National Bank), bank consulting (Dataplex), marketing
(Xerox Learning Systems), and medical billing and consulting.
Scott is actively involved
in the local community, holding leadership positions with
several organizations. He is the Past President of The
Woodlands Rotary Club, and a recipient of the Paul Harris
award. Other affiliations include, the Healthcare Billing
and Management Association (HBMA), The Woodlands Chamber,
United Way, Hailey Elementary Mentor Program, Y.M.C.A.
Youth Programs, Fellowship Of The Woodlands, and Phi Gamma
Delta (FIJI).
Scott is a graduate of Louisiana
State University with a B.S. in Finance. Additionally,
he has received numerous advanced accreditations from
the American Institute of Banking. In 1993, Scott was
elected to the Who’s Who Worldwide for his leadership
and achievements. He is currently residing in The Woodlands
with his wife of 27 years, Kathie. They have two sons
away at college.
Steve Wolford is the Vice President and
Chief Operating Officer of Corporate Medical Systems,
Inc. (CMS). He has thirty (30) years of successful experience
in sales, marketing, administration, and management. This
experience includes positions with Fortune 500 companies
as well as small companies. During the past twenty (20)
years, Steve has been involved in the health care field.
Steve is currently Vice-President
of The Woodlands Rotary Club and a recipient of the Paul
Harris award. Other affiliations include, South Montgomery
County Y.M.C.A. Partners of Youth, Fellowship of The Woodlands,
and the LSU Alumni Association.
Steve is a graduate of Louisiana
State University with a B.S. degree in Marketing and a
M.B.A. degree in Management. He currently resides in The
Woodlands with his wife of 29 years, Amy. They have a
son in graduate school and a daughter in college.
